Shipping & Pricing Policy
Overview
All direct orders on line are processed by Clubs or America. Your credit card statement will note the charge from - Clubs of America for orders on this website.
Direct orders are not available for shipping into- PA, ME, UT, MT, AK, HI and other areas where prohibited by law.
State Tax
Sales taxes will be added to your order where applicable.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability at the time the order is received.
Quantity Limits
In certain states, legislatures impose limitations on the amount of wine any particular resident may receive in an individual direct shipment or over a period of time. It is the responsibility of the customer to consult the specific state for case quantity limits imposed.
Age Verification
All orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years, and that photo I.D. age verification will be required upon delivery of your wine. We will need a ship to address where someone over the age of 21 is available to accept your delivery. A daytime work address is best.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated by standard weight and destination, according to shipping services by Common Carriers.
It is our policy to add shipping and packing (by Styrofoam) charges as users add products to their shopping cart.
All Shipments will be sent Ground 5-7 days via a Common Carrier and will be charged to the Client for each shipment as follows:

Shipping to Foreign Destinations (Outside the USA):
These charges cover packing and shipping but not duties or taxes payable upon entry.
